From the smallest-to-the-largest, there are plenty of office spaces available for lease throughout the Park. There are also manufacturing/high-bay locations as well. All space-for-lease options are handled by brokers in Huntsville.

Redevelopment
As a result of the 2016 CRP Master Plan, opportunities for redevelopment abound in CRP East. From reduced setbacks, increased height limits and a new zoning ordinance to enable mixed-use developments in CRP East, the City of Huntsville has created support for companies to invest and redevelop existing properties. Additionally, the federal and state governments have designated CRP as an opportunity zone, which opens up financial support for redevelopment.

This nearly 4-acre dense development was the first mixed-use site in CRP East. The site, developed by Boaz Ventures, includes ground floor retail/restaurant/office spaces, apartments, amenities and a parking garage. The site opened in late Fall 2024.
UAH’s redevelopment of Executive Plaza is also a key redevelopment in our master plan. UAH purchased the former Executive Plaza and has plans to develop the mixed-use site to support the growth of the university. The university has embarked on a visioning process to establish a new social heart for our campus where students can live and spend time outside of the classroom and faculty and staff can have greater out-of-the-office amenities. This dynamic district will be home to lively streetscapes and will include lifestyle amenities such as dining, entertainment, and outdoor recreation.
