Bridge Street Town Centre

Bridge Street Town Centre is the premier mixed-use lifestyle center in Huntsville, Alabama located inside Cummings Research Park. Featuring over 80 shops and restaurants, three hotels, and a 14-screen Cinemark movie theater and 240 luxury apartments. The property also features Guest Services, a five-acre lake, carousel, train ride, walking trail and live weekend musical entertainment.

MidCity District

MidCity District is a nationally acclaimed mixed-use district located in the heart of the Tennessee Valley’s high-tech employment center and adjacent to Cummings Research Park. Once complete, MidCity will include 350,000 square feet of retail, dining, and entertainment space; approximately 400,000 square feet of high-tech office space; 1,400 residential units; and approximately 650 hotel rooms. Building on the reputation of Huntsville, MidCity is creating a new destination designed to be a social and economic focal point for the diverse and dynamic community.

RUNNING THE PARK

Do you like to run/walk or would you? There are a number of road races held in the Park throughout the year and running groups who meet regularly. While there are many routes and distances you can run, we have a few favorite routes to share.

Blue Bike West Bike Share

In May 2024, Cummings Research Park (CRP) launched the Blue Bikes Bike Share program with three pilot locations inside the Park:

– The Point @ Lake 4 (990 Explorer Blvd. NW)
– Discovery Station: 635 Discovery Drive
– Enterprise Station: Near 1051 Enterprise Way

To check out a bike, cyclists will download the Movatic app, available on the App Store and Google Play, and create an account. Ride to or from lunch, to a meeting, or just to get some fresh air and spark an idea!
