1-Mile Run, 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-Ups, and 300 Squats, followed by another 1-Mile Run

The Murph is named for Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL killed in action and posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his actions during Operation Red Wings in Kunar Province, Afghanistan on 28 June, 2005.

No cost to participate.

This will be an outdoors, group event. All participants will start and finish the event as a team.
