[Birmingham Business Journal] A Birmingham engineering firm is expanding elsewhere in Alabama.

Sain Associates will open a full-service Huntsville office in 4,200 square feet in the Cummings Research Park. The firm will be in the recently renovated space starting Sept. 1.

Harry Wilson will lead the new office, bringing 40 years of engineering and consulting experience. Joining Wilson are Brett Wiseman and Luana Broshears.

“We have long thought that Huntsville offered Sain Associates an opportunity to grow and expand,” said Jim Meads, president and chief executive officer of Sain Associates. “Although we know that this expansion occurs during a time of some uncertainty, we are confident that there is long-term strength for Sain in this market. We are excited to be a part of the Huntsville business community.”
