Huntsville, Ala. | September 8, 2021 – PeopleTec, Inc. was recently on-ramped as a prime contractor for the SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort NxG) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) multiple award contract, which has a ceiling of $37.5 billion over a 2.5-year base and 5-year option period of performance.

SeaPort NxG allows industry (over 1800 prime contract holders) to compete for services to support the US Naval community, including Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, and the United States Marine Corps. Companies compete for Task Orders in two categories: engineering and program management. These two categories encompass 23 functional areas which include: systems engineering, software engineering, test and evaluation support, modeling and simulation, and maintenance support; and, finance and budget analysis and support, administrative support, public affairs and multimedia support, and information system development, information assurance, and IT support.
